This was written some years ago when my mother was very ill and died later.

“Yes, my child your times are in my hand.

You have responded in love and care to your mother in her unfortunate time. Your compassion flows from your reliance upon me. Continue to seek that love and forgiveness; it is yours for the asking.

Watch and pray, praise and wait, your God will bring to pass those things needful at this hour. Provide the care and the love, lean upon me to supply it.

My answer is always yes. My love is always abundant and clear, able to provide and bridge those places you need to cross.

You are being obedient. You are loved as an obedient servant, one who seeks the master’s hand and watches to see the direction you are pointed in. You have my rest in this hard hour. You are held in my strong right hand and covered with my wings of love and protection.”
